All registration fees are based on individual membership status.

Accredited/member camps registering six or more conference attendees... please email Amelia for a group registration form to get the member rate for all of your camp's attendees (regardless of individual member status)! We will need to input these registrations manually if your attendees are not current individual ACA members.

Registered for our CampWell training being offered March 20 & 21? We encourage all CampWell participants to join us for the entire 2024 New England Camp Conference. If you already registered for CampWell, please select the xCampWell registration type to receive a 40% discount on your conference registration (if you are the 1st or 2nd person registering from your camp, select that rate. If you are the 3rd or additional person registering for the conference for your camp, select that rate).

Early bird rates are available through Thursday, February 1, 2024. Online registration will close on Friday, March 14, 2024.

Use of Images and Audio by ACA, New England: Through my registration, I give American Camp Association, New England (ACANE) full rights and permissions with respect to any photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during the ACANE event. These images and recordings may be used by ACANE and its agents in any format or medium and for any lawful purpose.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please refer to the conference schedule-at-a-glance for an overview of offerings and what is included with your registration.
• You can purchase 50/50 raffle tickets and make a contribution to ACA, New England's annual fund during the registration process.
• Lunches are NOT included with your registration! We will not be offering pre-purchased boxed lunches this year due to rising food costs at the hotel that we don’t want to pass along to you, our attendees. However, there will be concessions for you to purchase a grab-n-go lunch at the hotel, more details to come.
• We do have a student rate, which is not available online. Please email amelia@acanewengland.org or call ACA, New England's offices at 781-541-6080 to request the registration form.
• While we have one-day and multi-day rates, if your camp is already sending two people at the 1st and 2nd person rate, a 3rd+additional person registration for the full conference may be more cost-effective than one/multi-day registration, even if an attendee won't be joining us for the full event.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

New England Camp Conference registrations are non-refundable. Conference registrations may be transferred to another attendee from your camp/organization at any time by reaching out to ACA, New England.

If ACA, New England cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
