This session blends finance and people strategy to help camps design sustainable staffing models that balance mission, morale, and money. Participants will explore compensation planning, seasonal structures, and creative ways to fund wellness and retention. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll experiment with staffing budgets that don’t just cut costs, they build culture.
