The 2025 CampCounts survey is the latest iteration of ACA’s business development and operations research initiative, providing current data on camp organizations, programs, campers, staffing, financials, and facilities. The survey captures how camp organizations are structured, who attends camps, how programs are staffed, how finances are managed, and how physical spaces are used for programming.
This report provides a summary of survey results across all topics. All sections of this report contain results based on all participating camps and selected comparisons based on organization type, primary program type, business model, and region.
